  I had the pleasure to work with Miss Karen Grimmer and Miss Paula Sherman earlier this year when I was buying my townhouse. They were both on top of things and made the process of buying very easy. They had great knowledge of the buying and selling process and ways to prevent you from losing money when getting locked into contracts. I would work with them again.

  HORRIBLE PLACE! they jack up your rent yet can't afford to "fix the parking area." We get a rain storm and it's impossible to get to your car without standing in 4+ inches of water! Then after the rain it takes days to dry up. Try this with small children amd unloading groceries! Say good bye to your good pair of shoes! I have to go barefoot till I get to where I'm going to put shoes on. Ridiculous. Oh but lord forbid you park in the back since you "mess up the grass". Whoever comes and mowes this place DOESN'T KNOW what they are doing. It's sad honestly. Driving in here to park is absolutely horrible. Stay away! But they are quick to fine you for parking a third car for the weekend! I have called and called about my refrigerator and FINALLY 4 YEARS LATER, I get one. Wow thanks a bunch folks. Now can you fix these doors and windows? I'm tired of paying an electric bill to provide air conditioning to the outside.
